I had a last-minute holiday here with my daughters, and we enjoyed a lovely stay overall. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and we loved the food variety offered. However, the hotel did get very busy during our stay, and there were some challenges with sunbed reservations early in the morning.

While the hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean amenities and good food, it falls short of its five-star claims mainly due to service inconsistencies and issues with room comfort. The beach experience is a highlight, far quieter than the pool area, making it a nice retreat. Overall, it's a decent value for what you pay, but a few notable improvements could elevate the experience significantly.
